The importance of drinking WATER!

What does water have to do with our skin?

Average ADULT human body is composed of 50-65% water depending on age, gender, and lifestyle.

Things to remember:

1.) FATTY TISSUES contain less water. So if you start to have acne in conjunction with gaining weight, it’s because you are losing water in your body. And without enough water in your body to flush your system, toxic buildup will cause a lot of things and one of them is ACNE.

2.) water carries nutrients and oxygen to cells. So no matter how expensive your skin care is, if you do not drink water and heal from inside-out, you are just going to be disappointed.

Remember to drink AT LEAST eight glasses (240ml) of water EVERYDAY!
